Lever Military Press (Machine Shoulder Press) is a strength exercise that mainly targets the shoulders and triceps. It is often performed on a machine known as "Lever Press Machine."
Stand with your back to the machine and grab the two handles with a narrow grip.
Sit up straight and keep your back straight.
Press the handles upwards until your arms are almost fully extended.
Hold the position briefly before slowly lowering the handles back to the starting position.
