Hanging Leg Raise is an exercise to strengthen the abdominal muscles, performed by hanging from a pull-up bar and lifting the legs. Ensure to maintain a stable position throughout the entire exercise to prevent injuries and effectively train the abdominal muscles. If you have never done this exercise before, start with a few repetitions and gradually work your way up.
Hang from a pull-up bar, holding it with both hands at shoulder width.
Draw your shoulders down and back and tense your abdomen.
Lift your legs by bending your hips and knees and bringing them to your chest.
Hold the position for a moment and then slowly and controlledly lower your legs back down.
