Pullover - Bent Arm (Dumbbell)

The Dumbbell Bent Arm Pullover is an exercise that trains the upper body and chest muscles. Note: Ensure to perform the movement slowly and controlled, and avoid excessively bending the arms. The Dumbbell Bent Arm Pullover is an effective exercise to strengthen the chest muscles, triceps, and upper back. It is important to choose a weight that you can control to avoid injuries.

  1. Lie on your back on a flat workout bench holding a dumbbell with both hands. Your feet should be firmly on the ground, and your knees slightly bent.

  2. Start the exercise by holding the dumbbell over your chest with slightly bent arms and palms facing inward.

  3. Exhale and lower the dumbbell controlled over your head by slightly bending your arms and keeping your elbows at a slight angle.

  4. Stop the movement when your arms are behind your head and you feel a slight stretch in the chest muscles.

  5. Inhale and bring the dumbbell back to the starting position over the chest by bending your arms again.
