Start in a prone position on the floor.
Position the elbows directly under the shoulders and place the forearms parallel on the floor.
Lift your body into a straight line off the floor.
Extend the legs fully and ensure your body remains in a straight line.
Tense your abdominal and gluteal muscles and hold the position for as long as possible.
