Incline Bench Row - Dumbbell (Dumbbell Hammer Grip Incline Bench Two Arm Row) is an exercise that strengthens the upper back and shoulder muscles. During the exercise, make sure to maintain good posture, keep your back straight, and stabilize your torso. Perform the movement smoothly and in a controlled manner to avoid injury.
Set an adjustable training bench to an incline of about 45 degrees. Take a dumbbell in each hand and sit facing down on the bench. Your feet should be firmly on the ground.
Hold the dumbbells with a neutral (hammer) grip, meaning the palms face each other.
Start the exercise by letting your arms hang down straight with a slight bend in the elbows.
Pull the dumbbells up simultaneously by leading your elbows close to your body. Ensure that your shoulders are pulled back and shoulder blades are squeezed together.
Briefly hold the tension and then lower the dumbbells back down in a controlled manner to return to the starting position.
