Machine Bench Press is a strength exercise where you sit on a specialized machine and perform a lever movement to train the chest muscles. The exercise resembles a barbell bench press but is more isolated and allows for a greater range of motion. Important: Maintain a stable and controlled posture throughout the entire exercise and avoid using momentum or overextending the arms at the end of the movement.
Sit on the machine and adjust the handles to the height of your chest.
Grasp the handles with both hands and press them away from your body while exhaling. Hold the top point briefly.
Lower the handles slowly back down while inhaling, until your elbows are bent at a 90-degree angle.
