Push-Up - Diamond

Diamond Push-Up is a bodyweight exercise that primarily targets the triceps muscles.

  1. Start in a push-up position with your hands on the ground and fingertips set up. Your hands should be about shoulder-width apart, and your posture should be straight and stable.

  2. Place your hands in the middle of your chest, with the thumbs and index fingers of both hands forming a diamond shape.

  3. Tense your abdominal and glute muscles to keep your posture stable.

  4. Bend your elbows and slowly lower your body until your chest nearly touches the ground. Keep your elbows close to your body during this movement.

  5. Press yourself back up by fully extending your arms and bringing your body into a straight position.
