Triceps Extension - Overhead (Cable)

The Cable Overhead Triceps Extension is a strength exercise primarily targeting the triceps muscles. Keeping the back straight throughout the exercise and focusing on the triceps contraction is essential.

  1. Set the cable to the highest position and attach the rope handle.

  2. Face away from the cable and hold the rope with both hands behind your head.

  3. Keep your upper arm in a stable position and extend your forearm upwards until your arm is fully extended.

  4. Return to the starting position and perform additional repetitions.
