Bicep Curl - Armblaster (Dumbbell)

The Dumbbell Bicep Curl with Armblaster is an isolating exercise for the biceps, performed with dumbbells by bending the elbows and lifting the dumbbells towards the shoulder area. Note: The movement should be performed slowly and with control to avoid injuries.

  1. Take a dumbbell in each hand and stand with a straight back and slightly bent knees.

  2. Palms facing forward and arms hanging straight at your sides.

  3. Bend the elbows and control the dumbbells as you lift them towards the shoulder area.

  4. Pause briefly to maintain tension and then slowly lower the dumbbells.
