Chest Press - Lying (Lever)

The Lever Lying Chest Press is a strength exercise that trains the chest muscles, triceps, and shoulder muscles.

  1. Lie on a flat bench and hold the two grip bars of the Lever Machine that are fixed above you with both hands.

  2. Press the grips upwards until your arms are almost fully extended and the chest muscles are fully tensed.

  3. Exhale and slowly return the grips to the starting position.
