The Sit-Up with Ball is an exercise aimed at training the abdominal muscles. It uses a medicine ball, wall ball, or slam ball to increase resistance. Important: Ensure that you contract your abdomen while performing the crunch motion to fully engage your abdominal muscles.
Lie flat on your back and hold the ball with both hands over your chest.
Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground.
Exhale and lift your head and shoulders off the ground while moving the medicine ball towards your knees.
Inhale and lower your head and shoulders back to the ground while holding the ball over your chest.
