Assault Run is an intense endurance exercise using a so-called "Assault AirRunner," a special treadmill that operates without a motor and where the running speed is determined by the runner himself. This is a great exercise to increase your running speed, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Make sure you warm up adequately before training and maintain a proper cool-down phase after the exercise.

  1. Step onto the Assault AirRunner's belt with one foot.

  2. Ensure your knees are slightly bent and your upper body is upright.

  3. Begin running by pulling the belt backwards with your feet while simultaneously pushing forward with the other leg.

  4. Increase your pace to raise your running speed. The faster you run, the more intense the workout becomes.

  5. Maintain a steady running motion as you move continuously without pausing.

  6. Ensure you maintain good posture throughout the entire exercise and actively swing your arms to generate additional momentum.
