Sled Push

The Sled Push is an exercise where you push a "Sled" across grass or a suitable surface. The Power Sled can be loaded with various weights to increase the difficulty level. Maintaining the correct form and technique is crucial to prevent injuries.

  1. Stand behind the Sled and place your hands on the handles.

  2. Bend your knees and straighten your back to grip the Sled.

  3. Now push the Sled from behind forward with your legs and arms.

  4. Try to maintain a continuous motion until you reach the desired distance or can no longer push the Sled.
