Fly - Dumbbell (Exercise Ball)

The "Dumbbell Fly on Exercise Ball" exercise is a variation of the chest exercise "Fly", performed on an exercise ball and requiring the use of dumbbells.

  1. Start by sitting on an exercise ball and holding a dumbbell in each hand as you slowly roll back and align your spine against the ball. Your head, neck, and back should be completely lying on the ball.

  2. Keep your arms extended and slowly lower them to the sides until they are in line with your body. Your palms should face each other and your elbows should be slightly bent.

  3. Now lower your arms further until they are in line with your body. The elbows should be slightly bent.

  4. Slowly bring your arms back up until they are almost extended and pause briefly.

  5. Exhale as you press the dumbbells up and your chest muscle is engaged.
