Dumbbell Fly is an exercise focusing on the chest muscles. Make sure to maintain a stable posture throughout the entire exercise and pull your shoulders back to activate your chest muscles.
Lie on a flat bench and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
Extend your arms straight up and hold the dumbbells above your chest.
Slightly bend your arms to lower the dumbbells to the side of your chest, opening your arms like wings.
Exhale as you tighten your chest muscles and slowly press the dumbbells back up.
