Low-Fly (Cable)

Cable Low-Fly is a strength exercise that mainly trains the chest muscles, especially the lower part of the chest.

  1. Set the cable machine to a low position and attach the handles to the cables.

  2. Stand with a hip-width stance in front of the machine and grab the handles with palms facing down.

  3. Slightly bend your arms and bring your hands together at chest height.

  4. Keep the tension on your chest and slowly and controlledly let the handles drop outward.

  5. Make sure to keep your arms slightly bent and your wrists stable.

  6. Hold the position briefly and then slowly and controlledly pull the handles back together to the starting position.
