Arm Circles

Arm circles are an exercise to strengthen the shoulder muscles and can be performed with or without weights. It is important to perform the exercise with controlled movement and to ensure that your shoulders are not pulled up to your ears. You can also experiment with different weights to adjust the intensity of the exercise.

  1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and extend your arms sideways at shoulder height.

  2. Start making small circles with your arms by slowly moving them forward.

  3. Gradually increase the size of the circles until your arms are fully extended and you feel tension in your shoulders.

  4. Continue with the circles and gradually move your arms back to the starting position.
