The Leg Press is an exercise for strengthening the leg muscles, particularly the thigh muscles. Ensure the machine is set up correctly and maintain good posture during the exercise to prevent injuries.
Sit on the leg press machine and place your feet on the designated platform about shoulder-width apart. Ensure your feet have a firm grip and your knees are bent at approximately a 90-degree angle.
Press the platform away with your feet while simultaneously tensing your leg muscles. Ensure your backrest is firmly positioned and you maintain a stable posture.
Extend your legs through a controlled movement forward, without fully locking your knees. Maintain tension in your legs and avoid locking your knee joints completely.
Return to the starting position in a controlled movement by bending your knees and slowly moving the platform back towards your body.
