Total Abdominal Crunch (Lever)

The Lever Total Abdominal Crunch is an abdominal exercise performed using a specialized machine.

  1. Sit on the machine and adjust the footrests to the correct height. Ensure your feet are firmly on the footrests and your body is properly positioned.

  2. Grab the handles on the sides of the machine and pull them towards you to bend your arms. This is the starting position.

  3. Exhale and pull your upper body down by contracting your abdominal muscles. Try to pull your shoulders towards the floor.

  4. Pause briefly and then inhale to slowly return to the starting position.
