Chest Press - Single Arm (Lever One Arm Chest Press) is an exercise that specifically targets the chest muscles. Ensure you maintain good posture throughout the exercise and focus on the contraction of your chest muscles.
Sit on the machine and position yourself so that your body is stable and your feet are firmly on the ground. Grab the handle of the machine with one hand, making sure your elbow is about at the level of your shoulder.
Press the handle of the machine forward while extending your arm. Your arm should be pointing straight forward and your palm facing forward.
Maintain tension in your chest muscles as you slowly bring the handle back to the starting position. Make sure you perform the movement in a controlled manner without using momentum.
