Arnold Press is a strength exercise that primarily trains the shoulder muscles.
Sit on a bench with an upright posture and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, with your palms facing forward.
Inhale and slowly rotate your palms so that they face outwards at the end of the movement.
Press the dumbbells up simultaneously and extend your arms while exhaling.
Return the dumbbells to the starting position while slowly inhaling and simultaneously rotating your palms back towards your body.
