Elbow Flexor Stretch

The Elbow Flexor Stretch is a stretching exercise for the forearms that helps to improve flexibility and mobility. It is important to breathe calmly and evenly during the exercise and to ensure that the stretch is not too intense. If you experience pain or discomfort, you should stop the exercise.

  1. Stand upright and extend your right arm forward, with the palm facing down.

  2. With your left hand, grab the back of your right hand and gently pull it back so that your right arm bends slightly at the elbow.

  3. Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds and feel the forearm muscles stretching.

  4. Repeat the exercise on the other side by extending your left arm forward and grabbing the back of the hand with your right hand.
