The Straight Leg Crunch is a core-strengthening exercise that primarily targets the upper portion of your rectus abdominis, commonly known as the "six-pack" muscles.

  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended straight and your arms by your sides.

  2. Place your hands behind your head, interlocking your fingers with your elbows pointing out to the sides.

  3. Engage your core muscles by drawing your navel toward your spine.

  4. Exhale as you lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the ground, aiming to bring your chest towards your knees.

  5. Keep your legs straight and your toes pointed upward throughout the movement.

  6. Inhale as you lower your upper body back down to the starting position, maintaining your legs straight.
