Cable Curl (Biceps curls - Cable) is a strength exercise that uses a cable machine to train the arm muscles. During the Cable Curl, mainly the biceps muscles are engaged, but the forearms and shoulders are also stabilized.
Attach a rope to the lower end of the cable machine.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and face the cable machine.
Grab the rope with both hands and keep your arms straight down while leaning your body slightly forward.
Slowly bend your arms and pull your hands towards your shoulders.
Tense the biceps muscles while you lower the weight back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
