Handstand Push-Ups are a challenging bodyweight exercise that trains the shoulders, triceps, and upper back. Performing the exercise slowly and with control is important, ensuring the body remains straight to prevent injuries. If you find it difficult to perform a handstand, you can start with Pike Push-Ups instead, where you lift your hips and angle your legs in a V to your torso while performing the push-ups.

  1. Begin in a handstand position by placing your hands on the floor and leaning your legs against the wall.

  2. Bend your arms to slowly lower your body until your head touches the floor surface.

  3. Press back up until your arms are fully extended.
