Inchworm push-ups are a dynamic exercise that combine the inchworm walk with a traditional push-up to target multiple muscle groups, including the chest, shoulders, arms, and core. Here's a brief description and instructions on how to perform them

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your legs straight.

  2. Bend at the waist and place your hands on the ground in front of your feet. Slowly walk your hands forward until you are in a standard push-up position. Your body should form a straight line from your head to your heels.

  3. Perform a single push-up by lowering your chest towards the ground while keeping your body straight. Avoid sagging your hips or raising your buttocks.

  4. Walk your hands back towards your feet, keeping your legs straight.

  5. Stand up to return to the starting position.
