The Frog Crunch is a core-strengthening exercise that targets your abdominal muscles, specifically the upper and lower portions of your rectus abdominis. To perform this exercise, start by lying on your back with your knees bent and the soles of your feet together, creating a "frog" position with your legs. Your knees should fall outwards to the sides.

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall outwards to the sides, resembling a frog-like position.

  2. Place your hands behind your head, with your elbows pointing out to the sides.

  3. Engage your core muscles and lift your head, neck, and shoulders off the ground, aiming to bring your chest towards your knees.

  4. Exhale as you crunch, and squeeze your abdominal muscles at the top of the movement.

  5. Inhale as you lower your upper body back down to the starting position, maintaining the frog-like leg position.
