The Standing Arnold Press (Dumbbell Standing Overhead Press) is a strength exercise primarily targeting the shoulder muscles. It is important to maintain a stable posture throughout the entire movement and avoid any motion from the back or legs.
Stand upright and hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, with your palms facing forward.
Press the dumbbells evenly overhead until your arms are almost fully extended.
Slowly lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height and repeat the movement.
