Inverted Row - Narrow Grip (Inverted Row - Narrow Grip) is an exercise that mainly targets the back and arm muscles.
Set up a horizontal bar at about chest height, or use a Smith machine or TRX band to perform the exercise.
Grasp the bar with a narrower grip, with palms facing inward. The hands should be about shoulder-width apart.
Get into a position where your body is straight and your feet are resting on the ground. Your arms should be fully extended.
Engage your abdominal muscles and pull your shoulder blades together. Exhale as you pull your upper body up until your chest touches the bar.
Hold the top position briefly and under control, ensuring your back remains straight.
Slowly lower your body while inhaling, and return to the starting position.
