Terms of Participation for Workouts & Training Sessions

By registering for and participating in this workout / training session, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms of participation.

1. Participation at your own risk

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. The workout may include intense physical activity, including running, functional strength exercises, jumps, carries, bodyweight movements and other athletic activities.

You are responsible for assessing whether you are physically and medically able to participate in the training.

2. Health requirements

By participating, you confirm that there are no health-related reasons preventing you from taking part. If you have any existing medical conditions, injuries, complaints, are pregnant or are unsure about your ability to participate, you are advised to seek medical advice before joining.

If you experience pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath or any other discomfort during the training, you must stop immediately and seek assistance if necessary.

3. No competition focus

The training is designed for movement, fitness, community and personal development. Even if times, repetitions or distances may be recorded or communicated, the main focus is shared training rather than competition.

Exercises may be individually adjusted or scaled depending on fitness level and ability.

4. Personal responsibility during exercises

You agree to perform all exercises in a controlled and attentive manner and within your own capabilities. Instructions from trainers, organizers or supervising persons must be followed.

If you are unsure about how to perform an exercise, you are responsible for asking for guidance or choosing a suitable scaled version.

5. Liability waiver

The organizer, trainers, organizers, assistants and any property or facility operators accept no liability for injuries, accidents, health issues, property damage, loss or theft, to the extent permitted by law.

Participation is at your own risk. This does not apply to damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

6. Equipment and personal belongings

You are responsible for wearing suitable sports clothing, appropriate footwear and bringing any personal equipment you may need. Personal belongings must be looked after by yourself.

No liability is accepted for lost, damaged or stolen items.

7. Conduct and fairness

Respectful, fair and safety-conscious behavior towards other participants, trainers and organizers is expected at all times.

Participants who endanger others, ignore instructions or behave inappropriately may be excluded from the training.

8. Photo and video recordings

Photos and videos may be taken during the training. These may be used for documentation, promotion and communication of the training, unless you explicitly object.

If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform the organizers before the training begins.

9. Changes and cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the content, schedule, exercises, distances, location or time of the training for organizational, safety-related or weather-related reasons.

In case of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the training may be postponed or cancelled.

10. Acceptance of terms

By registering or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of participation.
