The EZ-Bar Bicep Curl is a strength exercise aimed at training the upper arm muscles, especially the biceps, using a special bar known as an EZ-Bar, which has an ergonomic shape and a wide grip. It is important to select a weight suitable for proper execution and to progressively increase it to prevent injuries.
Stand with a straight back and slightly bent knees behind the loaded EZ-Bar.
Grasp the bar with an underhand grip (palms facing upwards) at about shoulder width apart.
Keep your elbows close to your body and slowly bend your arms to bring the bar towards your chin.
Hold for a second and then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
