Shrugs (Lever)

Lever Shrug is a strength training exercise aimed at strengthening the shoulder joints and developing the trapezius muscles. The exercise is performed with a lever or leverage machine, which allows for additional loading.

  1. Sit at the lever shrug machine and select the appropriate weight.

  2. Grab the handles and stand up by pulling your shoulders back.

  3. Now raise your shoulders and hold them for a second at the top.

  4. Slowly lower your shoulders and repeat the movement.
