Preacher Curl - Alternate (Dumbbell)

The Dumbbell Alternate Preacher Curl is an arm exercise that primarily trains the bicep muscles.

  1. Take a dumbbell in hand and stand with feet shoulder-width apart on one side of the Preacher Curl bench.

  2. Support your arm on the bench so that your elbow hangs over the bench and your hand holding the dumbbell is suspended in the air.

  3. Inhale and slowly bend your arm to lift the dumbbell to your shoulder. As you contract the bicep, ensure that your arm does not detach from the bench or swing.

  4. Press at the top of the movement for a moment before slowly returning the dumbbell to the starting position while exhaling.

  5. Perform the exercise with the other arm
