EZ-Bar Curls are an arm strength exercise primarily targeting the biceps. An EZ-bar or curl bar is used, which has a curved shape allowing for a more ergonomic grip.
Stand upright and hold the EZ-bar or curl bar with a shoulder-width grip, palms facing forward.
Curl the bar towards your shoulders with controlled movements while keeping your elbows close to your body and stabilizing your upper body.
Pause for a moment in the contracted position and then slowly lower the bar until your arms are fully extended.
