Adjust the backrest of an incline bench to about 45 degrees and sit on the bench with a pair of dumbbells in your hands.
Extend your arms downwards and hold the dumbbells in your hands, with your palms facing forward.
Now slowly bend your arms to lift the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
