Rope Climb

Rope Climb is a powerful climbing exercise that requires good body strength and grip strength.

  1. Ensure that the rope is properly secured and there is enough space for the climber.

  2. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands on the rope.

  3. Use your hands and feet to pull yourself upwards, pinching the rope between your feet and alternately pulling your feet up.

  4. Keep your elbows close to your body and pull yourself up until your chin is above the rope.

  5. As you climb upwards, push the rope up between your feet to make space for the next ascent.

  6. To descend, simply release the rope and glide slowly down or grab it with your feet and let yourself down in a controlled manner.
