The Barbell Incline Bench Press is a strength exercise that primarily trains the muscles in the upper chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Start by lying on an incline bench that slopes up at the upper end. Grasp the barbell with an overhand grip (palms facing up) at shoulder width.
Slowly press the barbell away from your chest until your arms are fully extended. Make sure to keep your shoulders down throughout the movement.
Pause briefly at the top and then slowly lower the barbell back to your chest.
