The Lying Lat Pulldown is a variation of the traditional Lat Pulldown exercise, performed while lying on a bench. It targets the latissimus dorsi muscles in the back, along with the biceps and shoulders, helping to improve back strength and shoulder stability.
Lie flat with your face down on a mat, extending your arms in front of you.
Stretch your legs back and place the tips of your toes on the floor.
Lift both your arms and legs a few inches off the ground using your back muscles.
Hold the lifted position for a few seconds, ensuring your head remains in a neutral position.
Lower your arms and legs slowly back to the ground and repeat the movement.
