Chest Throw - Supine (Medicine Ball)

The Medicine Ball Supine Chest Throw aims to improve the power and explosiveness of the chest muscles as well as the triceps.

  1. Start lying on your back on a mat or flat floor with knees bent and feet flat on the ground.

  2. Hold a medicine ball with both hands over your chest, palms facing down.

  3. Explosively press the ball away from your chest, throwing it as high as possible into the air.

  4. Catch the ball and repeat the throw.
