The SZ-barbell preacher curl is an isolation exercise that targets the biceps. It's performed using an SZ-barbell and a preacher bench to specifically work the biceps brachii muscles. - Choose a weight that allows you to complete your desired repetitions with proper form. - Focus on maintaining the correct position with your upper arms and triceps on the bench to isolate the biceps. - Use controlled movements and avoid swinging the weight. - If you experience pain or discomfort, particularly in the elbows or wrists, discontinue the exercise and consult with a fitness professional.

  1. Sit on a preacher bench with your chest against the inclined part.

  2. Grap the SZ-barbell with an underhand grip, hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.

  3. Keep upper arms and triceps on the bench.

  4. Exhale, curl the barbell to shoulder level or slightly higher.

  5. Squeeze your biceps at the top.

  6. Inhale as you lower the barbell to the starting position.
