Bicep Curl - Close Grip (Cable)

Cable Close Grip Curl is an exercise aimed at strengthening the biceps muscle. Note: Ensure the movement is performed slowly and controlled, avoiding momentum or jerky movements. Focus on activating the biceps muscle throughout the entire movement. It is crucial to perform the exercise with an appropriate weight and correct technique to avoid injuries and achieve optimal results.

  1. Starting position: Stand in front of the cable machine and grasp the cable with a close grip, palms facing up. Elbows should be close to the body.

  2. Pulling movement: Bend the elbows and pull the cable up in a controlled manner while tensing the biceps muscle. Keep the upper arms close to the body throughout the movement and avoid using momentum or jerky movements.

  3. Hold position: Briefly hold the position at the top while maintaining tension in the biceps muscles.

  4. Return movement: Lower the cable back to the starting position in a controlled manner while keeping the biceps muscles stretched and under control.
