  1. Dumbbell Decline Bench Press is an exercise focusing on the chest muscles.

  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and extend your arms straight up.

  3. Slowly bend your arms to bring the dumbbells towards your chest muscles.

  4. Hold the tension in your chest muscles and press the dumbbells back up until your arms are fully extended again.
