The Dumbbell Front Raise is an exercise for the shoulder muscles performed with dumbbells.
Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Let your arms hang relaxed at your sides, palms facing towards your body.
Exhale and slowly lift the dumbbells in front of your body until they are at shoulder height.
Pause briefly to maintain tension in the shoulders, then control the weight as you slowly lower the dumbbells back down.
