Stand between two cable towers and hold the cable handles at chest height while stepping back a few steps.
Slightly bend your knees and lean forward until your upper body is parallel to the ground. Keep your back straight and your abdominal muscles tight.
Extend your arms and move them diagonally upward and outward until they are at shoulder height, keeping your shoulders down and your arms straight.
Slowly and controlled lower your arms back to the starting position.
