Push-Up (Bosu ball)

The push-up on a Bosu ball is a variation of the classic push-up that challenges stability and coordination by using an unstable surface.

  1. Position the Bosu ball with the flat side up on the floor.

  2. Place your hands on the edge of the Bosu ball shoulder-width apart and position your feet on tiptoes behind you to assume a push-up position.

  3. Engage your abdominal muscles and slowly lower your body down by bending your elbows until your chest almost touches the Bosu ball.

  4. Slowly press back up by extending your arms until you are back in the starting position.
