Inverted Row with Straps is an exercise for the upper back, chest, and arms, performed using straps. It is important to maintain tension in your upper back and arms throughout the entire exercise. Avoid using momentum and pull yourself up slowly and controlled.
Attach the straps to a solid bar or beam at chest height.
Take the handles of the straps in both hands and lean back until your body is in a straight line from head to feet.
Pull your upper body to the handles by squeezing your shoulder blades together and pulling your elbows back.
Hold the position for a moment and then lower your body back down until your arms are almost fully extended.
