MURPH INTERMEDIATE

The "MURPH Intermediate" workout is an intense CrossFit Hero WOD. It's performed for time and includes a 1-mile run, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, and 150 squats, followed by another 1-mile run. This is the "as prescribed" (Rx) version, meaning it's performed without any modifications. The workout honors fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.
