Full Body Unbroken Workout

Warm-up (5 min): dynamic exercises. Main workout: EMOM 12 min - 8 hanging knee raises or lying leg lifts, 10 push-ups, 12 air squats. RFT 3 rounds: 15 burpees, 20 kettlebell swings or jump rope, 15 push-ups, 20 walking lunges. Cooldown with stretching.
