The Air Bike exercise combines the use of an Assault Bike (also known as an Assault Bike Run) with running. It provides an intense full-body workout, mainly targeting the cardiovascular system and the lower body muscles. Make sure to warm up adequately before the exercise and cool down and stretch sufficiently after the workout.
Start by positioning yourself on the Assault Bike. Ensure your feet are securely placed on the bike's pedals and your hands are gripping the handles.
Pedal the Assault Bike and increase the intensity of your pedaling movements to train your leg muscles and endurance. You can adjust the speed and resistance according to your fitness level.
