Unlock your full potential

Dumbbell Bench Press is a strength exercise for the chest muscles and is often used as an alternative to the traditional barbell bench press exercise. It is important to perform this exercise with a controlled movement and not to lower your elbows too much to avoid injuries. Make sure to stabilize your posture throughout the exercise and pull your shoulders down and back to optimally engage the chest muscles.
Lie on a bench and hold a dumbbell in each hand at chest height, with your palms facing forward.
Press the dumbbells up simultaneously and extend your arms until the dumbbells almost come together while exhaling.
Lower the dumbbells slowly back to chest height while inhaling.
